Multi-Family / Single Family / Office San Antonio Housing Authority In 1999, the Housing Authority called for a design competition for residential developments at 4 different sites, this was our submission for the old Victoria Courts apartments site, with 3787 apartment units, 64 single family homes, and retail space along Durango Blvd.
