Awards for this project:

• National Trust for Historic Preservation presents “2005 National Preservation Honor Award”
• Certificate of Recognition For “New Perspectives for Livable Communities in San Antonio” from the San Antonio Chapter of the American Institute of Architects
• 2006 Historic Preservation Award, from the San Antonio Conservation Society

With a budget of $4.5 million, we restored this historic landmark that was abandoned for 30 years, for the national headquarters of a non-profit organization, and helped the Owner obtain historic tax credits.
